HYBE IM’s Dungeon Stalkers Reveals Steam Early Access Release Date Plans

HYBE IM unveils the launch date for its upcoming PvEvP dungeon crawler Dungeon Stalkers and goes behind the scenes in a new video with Chief Producer Daehoon Han

Seoul, Korea, July 11, 2024 – HYBE IM has announced its launch plans for its upcoming PvEvP dungeon crawler, Dungeon Stalkers, today. Developed by Action Square and published by HYBE IM, the game is set to arrive on Steam Early Access this Fall after several beta testing rounds to refine it further. This follows previous tests throughout 2023 and in May of this year.

Dungeon Stalkers, a free-to-play third-person dungeon crawler, has thrilled players during these tests with its action-packed combat, changing environments, and strategic depth. Players take on the role of adventurers known as ‘Stalkers’ who explore dungeons created by the witch to uncover hidden treasures and aim to survive the dangers that lurk inside the dungeon to bring that loot back to the surface with them.

Character skills are key to the difference between victory and defeat, along with the armor break mechanic and the ‘Witch’s Curse’ effect. The ‘Witch’s Curse’ alters the rules and layout of the dungeon, while the armor break mechanic renders the Stalkers vulnerable after their armor is broken. Both mechanics keep each round feeling fresh, ensuring players are always thinking fast and planning ahead if they hope to leave the dungeon victorious

Alongside the release schedule reveal, a making-of video went live on the official YouTube channel, taking players behind the scenes. Chief Producer Daehoon Han walks viewers through the game’s lore and key features in the making-of video. “Dungeon Stalkers, set to launch its Early Access in 2024, will provide enjoyment for a long time to come,”

This plan for long-term enjoyment includes revealing seasonal content, with ‘Season Quests’ and ‘Raid Bosses’ arriving in-game and introducing new characters.
