Get ready for a block party like no other this summer with Cylinder

Classic Xbox Live Indie Game puzzler will be playable at Steam Next Fest from June 10th through June 17th

North Carolina, United States, May 30th, 2024—Indie studio Mighty Rabbits Studios is excited to announce that its fast-paced puzzler Cylinder: Puzzles Returned will be playable as part of Steam Next Fest this June. Cylinder: Puzzles Returned reimagines the Xbox Live Indie Game and iOS hidden gem Cylinder.

With Steam Next Fest running from June 10-17th, puzzle pros, and riddle rookies can enjoy Cylinder’s multiple-perspective gameplay in a purpose-built demo version that throws traditional block puzzling for a loop and features a glimpse at the adventure mode and the brain-twisting puzzles that await. Cylinder: Puzzles Returned challenges players with multiple-perspective, puzzle-solving gameplay where they can chase high scores and battle other players across online leaderboards to be the ultimate puzzle master.

Nicholas Allen, co-founder of Mighty Rabbit, says: “The demo includes a sweet first taste of the adventure mode, introducing players to some of the core concepts that make Cylinder unique. The team has curated a new adventure specifically for Steam Next Fest, and we can’t wait to see who will rise to the challenge. Enjoy!”

Cylinders’ full release later this year will spin up an extensive multiplayer mode that includes split-screen, remote play, and online battling. So even after you exhaust the hundreds of cylinders ready to be solved in single-player, your block-busting experience has only just begun. There’ll also be a bunch of backdrops and tilesets to equip that can be unlocked entirely through channeling your puzzle prowess and overcoming the challenges of the cylinder!

The Building Blocks:

  • Spin to win with Cylinder’s unique, multiple-perspective, puzzle-solving gameplay
  • Chase high scores alone, or take on the world in online encounters!
  • Fully featured multiplayer options – tailor the Cylinder experience however you wish
  • Earn unlockables, including gorgeous backdrops and vibrant tilesets – who says you can’t puzzle in style?
  • Tired of solving Cylinders? Make your own with the comprehensive puzzle editor

Cylinder: Puzzles Returned is now available to wishlist on Steam, and players can get a taste of the action at Steam Next Fest from June 10th. Follow the Mighty Rabbit team on Instagram and X/Twitter to stay in the loop with the latest Cylinder updates.
