Featuring over 25 iconic cars, 40 real drivers, and 35 licensed teams, GT Manager gears up to deliver an authentic endurance racing management experience to PC players as it releases into early access tomorrow
Lyon, France, September 17th 2024 – Aspiring motorsports moguls, buckle up and get ready to call the shots! GT Manager, the first endurance racing management game, is out now on Steam and Epic. Releasing into early access tomorrow, GT Manager puts you in the heart of the high-octane world of professional motorsports as team principal. Requiring complete synergy between driver and team, fuel management, driver swaps, and mastering unpredictable race stints are just a few elements that must be perfected to achieve greatness in endurance racing.
GT Manager showcases some of the best of what endurance racing has to offer by delivering an extensive roster of licensed content. Players can compete with or recruit 40 acclaimed drivers, such as Stoffel Vandoorne, Jean-Eric Vergne, and Paul Di Resta, alongside endurance racing titans such as Richard Westbrook and André Lotterer. GT Manager also features officially licensed teams such as Peugeot Sport, Porsche Penske Motorsport, and Alpine Endurance Team, alongside vehicles from iconic manufacturers like the Mercedes-AMG GT3, Porsche 911 GT3 R, BMW M4 GT3, and Ford Mustang GT3.
Much like The Tiny Digital Factory, an indie studio driven by the passion of petrol heads, endurance racing embodies the spirit of human ingenuity and the spirit of underdogs overcoming challenges to achieve extraordinary feats. GT Manager captures this essence, offering players the thrill and spills of building their own racing empire from GT4 all the way to Hypercar…
On race day, the buck stops with you. Decide whether to overfuel and opt for fewer pit stops or go aggressive and hope that lower fuel loads with fresh rubber can give you the advantage. Make sure to keep an eye on the bigger picture; collisions, engine failures and bad weather can turn the race strategy on its head, and split-second reactions will be needed to capitalise on such opportunities. Each weekend consists of 15 lap sprints, and 30 lap endurance races, each requiring bespoke approaches, testing your capabilities as team leader.
The action doesn’t stop at the chequered flag. When you’re not making decisions on the pit wall, you’ll be diving into the intricacies of race team management. Assemble your dream team by recruiting drivers to push the limits on the track and develop new parts to improve performance. Oversee the team’s budget and decide where to prioritise investment, secure new sponsorships to help fuel your journey to the top, and upgrade your facilities to gain an edge over your competitors.
The Grid:
- Transform a regional racing team into a high-performance powerhouse with state-of-the-art facilities
- Balance performance and reliability as you research and develop new components to gain the edge over the competition
- Fine-tune car performance through practice sessions, adapting to diverse track conditions and weather patterns for maximum advantage
- Navigate the complexities of team management by overseeing budgets, making strategic investments, and securing new sponsorships to fund your rise to the top
- Outsmart the competition with split-second decisions on pit stops, fuel strategy, tire choice, and take advantage of incidents, yellow flags, and weather conditions
GT Manager arrives on Steam and Epic Games tomorrow at a discounted price of €19.99 (rising to €24.99 at full launch), available as a Deluxe Edition that includes the Aston Martin Valkyrie AMR Pro and Bugatti Bolide.
