In recognition of this, the Liftoff Mobile marketing team asked us to get involved with its LinkedIn company presence as it sought to significantly increase follower engagement, which was lagging behind its competitors

We set out to add more strategic direction to the content calendar and posting schedule, helping Liftoff’s internal team adopt best practices around posting frequency and times. We also introduced much more detailed measurements, with a monthly review of the best-performing posts so that we could iterate and improve over time.

The results we helped generate speak for themselves:
- An improved social media strategy led to over 305,000 organic impressions, 6,100 engagements*, and a competitive average engagement rate of 9.2% (vs the platform average of 3.49%).
- Over the course of the year, Liftoff’s followers increased by 22% to 19,328. That’s over 3,600 new organic followers at an average monthly growth rate of 1.85% (vs the platform average of 1.54%).
- All key metrics increased from 2023 to 2024 due to a consistent posting frequency, a greater range of accompanying assets, and a wider array of content.
